I have lived in this home for almost 30 years and have had numerous renovations done my contractors, but IJK has honestly out done them all. Jay is phenomenal! His attention to detail and the quality of his work is to be awarded. I believe the man can do anything😄 He talks his way through the most difficult projects just to please his customers.

Jay, I just wanted to let you know that I walked into my kitchen this morning, as on many mornings, and said “I love my kitchen” . So I just wanted you to know. Also the house in Chews Landing has been rented since August. We had multiple offers right away. The house turned out great. So thank you.

Jay is very creative and very good at problem solving. I liked my daughter’s kitchen so much I asked Jay to remodel my son’s kitchen. By remodel I mean “gut” and rebuild. Again he did a wonderful job. My son’s house is also old, so there were many problem areas. Which Jay solved one by one.

We have found all of Jay’s work to be professional, functional and attractive. His rates are reasonable and he found creative ways to save us money in a couple of instances. He does a great job – especially at taking my inarticulate musings and turning them into workable solutions. Jay is easy to work with, his pricing is affordable and he gets along well with our dogs.

He did a spectacular job – we get compliments from everyone who comes over to our house. We were so happy with Jay’s work, we hired him to put up a screened in porch, patio and when we had our first kids a playroom in the basement.

I cannot say enough good things about Jay. He has completed several project for my husband and me and we are incredibly pleased with all of them. A couple of years ago he rebuilt our porch and screened in a portion of it. More recently, about 18 months ago, he built two closets for us in our upstairs bedrooms. One of the closets is connected to a built-in shelving unit and window seat. The closets may be my favorite things in the house!
